Why do I love being a Travel Consultant?

I love being a travel consultant because such a large part of my job is making people happy. I like sharing my travel experiences and knowledge with my clients and hearing their stories as well. Travelling to amazing places around the world, discovering new cultures and making lifelong friends has been so rewarding.

My top travel picks.

Travel is a learning experience. I love to live in the moment and immerse myself in the history and culture of the destination. My most meaningful trips span the continents. Here are some pictures of amazing places I have visited around the world. If you like what you see, let's book a trip for you too!

Sopot.

Poland

My heritage is Polish, so I just love going back to Poland and visiting relatives and exploring my beautiful country. With its historic buildings and quaint streets, Krakow is one of my favourite spots. It is home to the historic Wawel Castle and the classic Main Square, which is one of the largest medieval town squares in all of Europe.

Insider tip: Another of my favorite cities in Poland is the lesser known Sopot – a seaside resort city on the south cost of the Baltic Sea. Sopot is renowned for its health spas, sandy beach and popular wooden pier extending out into the bay.

Xi'an, Shanxi.

China

In my experience, no country on earth has more must-see attractions than China. There is the Great Wall, of course, but you must also see Beijing with the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, the Terracotta Army and so much more.

Insider tip: It took me about an hour and a half to climb to the highest point of the Great Wall. Some sections are more challenging than others, so you can pick the spot that best suits your fitness and mobility.

Western Cape.

South Africa

South Africa is another wonderful destination that I think everyone should see in their lifetime. It is one of the most fascinating countries in the world. From Table Mountain to a beach populated by penguins, from bustling cities to rolling countryside and vineyards. There is just so much to experience.

Insider tip: Take the Kapama Reserve game drive to see the Big Five. These are lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants and Cape buffalo. Your ranger and the driver are always on the lookout for these animals and can get you right up-close to them.
