If you would like to withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for marketing purposes, please complete and submit the Opt-Out Form below.

You may also call our toll-free number at 1-800-268-3750 to speak with a representative about how you may opt out and ask to have a copy of the Opt-Out Form mailed to you.

You may also DOWNLOAD or pick up a copy of the Opt-Out Form at one of our CAA Stores, complete it in the store and provide it to one of our store managers or complete it later and mail or fax it to us.
