Your travel E-Documents and information.

It’s exciting that you will be going on a trip soon. To ensure that it’s all smooth sailing from here, we will be sending your travel E‑Documents to your email 20 days prior to your departure. When you receive them, please review and verify that your reservation, names and information are correct.
 
If you notice any inconsistencies, please contact your CAA Travel Consultant directly or our customer care team at 1‑866-286‑9323. Our customer care agents are happy to assist you Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST and Saturday to Sunday 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST.
 
If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to add travel insurance, stopover hotels or excursions, please contact your CAA Travel Consultant or call us at 1‑855-660‑2294.

Before you go, make sure you are prepared.

Check your flight times.

You need to monitor your flight times 12-24 hours prior to your departure to ensure they have not changed.

You cannot travel without your passport.

For international travel, you will need your passport and other important documentation. If you are not sure of all the necessary requirements, please check here.

Get there early.

For all international flights, you should arrive at the airport at least three hours prior to departure.
