Release of Liability and Publicity 

RELEASE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

I hereby declare as follows, on behalf of myself, and my successors, heirs and assigns, in consideration of the use of the Materials (as defined below), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged:

  1. I irrevocably give CAA Club Group (currently operating as CAA South Central Ontario and CAA Manitoba) and its affiliates, successors, sublicensees and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), consent and non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, distribute and publish my name, biographical material and content ("Material”), in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations, and without further compensation (but without obligation), in connection with any Releasee marketing collateral in any manner or media, including without limitation, news articles, press or media releases, in print, film, tape, video, multi-media, online and any other advertising mediums, for any purpose which any Releasee deems appropriate, and to CAA Club Group the right to copyright the same in its name or any other name it may choose, without further notice or compensation. I waive any and all moral rights that I may have in and to the Materials with respect to the uses contemplated herein.

  2. I represent and warrant that I have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence, and that the Materials: (i) are original, created solely by me, and over which I have all necessary rights, title and interest, including copyright, and (ii) do not infringe upon the publicity, privacy, intellectual property or other rights of any third party, living or deceased and (iii) represent my current, original, honest opinion, thoughts, beliefs, findings or experiences, based on my actual experience with Releasees and any stated use of Releasees products and/or services.

  3. I hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless Releasees and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, including but not limited to, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the uses of the Materials as contemplated herein, including but not limited to, any common law or statutory claims of intellectual property infringement, defamation, right to publicity or invasion of privacy.
