CAA Travel reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, please read them carefully each time you use this Web Site. Please note that the guidelines, policies and other terms and conditions of use and sale at any other CAA Travel retail store may vary from the terms and conditions of this Web Site.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT AND LIABILITY FOR RESERVATIONS AND PURCHASES
In order to make reservations on our Web Site you have to be at least 18 years old. You agree to pay for all charges as indicated on this Web Site to be payable by you.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
CAA Travel makes every effort to ensure that the Content on this Web Site is complete and current. CAA Travel does not however guarantee all the information contained on this Web Site will be free from error, inaccuracy or omission. These errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price, availability or description. CAA Travel therefore reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission without prior notice to you. CAA Travel also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation containing an error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the reservation has been submitted by you. In cases where your credit card has been charged and your reservation is cancelled, CAA Travel will issue a credit to your credit card.

Living standards, religion, political perspectives and local practices in destinations other than Canada, including standards and conditions with respect to the provision and reliability of utilities, services and accommodations, create a different environment than you are accustomed to in Canada. You acknowledge these differences as a part of the travel experience and agree that CAA Travel is not responsible for any disruption or inconvenience that you experience because of them.
PRICES
Prices listed on this Web Site are for online purchases only and may not be matched at any CAA Travel retail location and prices at any CAA Travel retail location may not be matched on this Web Site. All applicable federal and provincial tax for purchases made on this Web Site will be charged to you by CAA Travel. All prices listed on our Web Site are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices listed on this Web Site are subject to availability and confirmation and such confirmation will not be final until the on line booking process is completed.
CANADIAN RESERVATIONS
The information on this Web Site is directed solely at those who access it from Canada. CAA Travel does not make any representation that the content on this Web Site is applicable to or appropriate for use in locations outside of Canada. Residents of all other countries must identify themselves as such when making a booking so that they can be made aware whether or not a booking will be accepted from them and whether there are any other terms and conditions applicable to the booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
CAA Travel strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance. Various types of insurance are available including both trip cancellation and out-of province health coverage.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You should contact your airline to find out the maximum luggage and carry-on requirements as all excess luggage will be subject to additional charges by the airline.
NON WAIVER
No employee, agent or representative of CAA Travel has the authority to modify, waive or alter any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
NO GUARANTEE
Unless the term 'guarantee' is stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or itinerary, we do not guarantee any of the supplier(s) rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.
CHANGES
Any change made by you in your travel is subject to a service fee from CAA Travel in addition to any other supplier charges or penalties.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
CAA Travel will not be responsible for your failure to obtain and carry proper travel documentation. Proof of Canadian citizenship is required for travel outside Canada and to return to Canada. CAA Travel recommends that you travel with a valid Canadian passport and ensure that you have all required visas for travel to other countries. Even with travel documentation CAA Travel cannot guarantee that you will be granted entrance to another country upon arrival there.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CAA Travel works with the various suppliers of travel services (the “Independent Parties”) to provide you with the services and products that you purchase through this Web Site. In doing so CAA Travel takes care in selecting these Independent Parties however it does not have control over them and cannot therefore be held responsible for any negligence, fault, or omission on their part or on the part of their employees or for any damages that you suffer as a result thereof. All services and products provided by the Independent Parties are subject to their own terms and conditions and their liability is limited by their tariffs, terms and conditions, conditions of carriage, tickets, vouchers international conventions and agreements.
CAA Travel is not responsible for the failure in the provision of any of the obligations of the Independent Parties, including any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellation, weather condition, loss of personal items, illness or injury.
In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved between you and CAA Travel, please contact TICO to resolve the issue.
GOVERNING LAW
Any reservation made on this Web Site shall be governed by the applicable laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts located in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, with respect to all disputes or claims for damage or any other relief arising out of or relating to any travel service obtained through this Web Site.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
