Fuel Efficient, Environmentally Friendly Cars Reservable By Make and Model
Now you can reserve fuel efficient, environmentally-friendly cars that are both easy on the wallet and suitable for families and small groups traveling together.
Reservable by specific make and model, and based on Natural Resources Canada's Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) highway fuel efficiency rating of 10.0 L / 100 km (28 mi. / gal.) or better, the Hertz Green Collection features the four cars listed below.
- Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion, Buick Allure, Hyundai Sonata*
- Reservable at major airport locations in Canada
- Natural Resources Canada's Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) Highway Fuel Efficiency rating of 10.0 L / 100 km (28 mi. / gal.) or better
* Hyundai Sonata was recognized as the most fuel efficient Full-size car in the 2006 EnerGuide for vehicles awards
Hertz Green Collection vehicles have a Highway Rating of 10.0 L / 100 km (28 mi. / gal.) or better based on the 2007 Fuel Consumption Guide published by Natural Resources Canada at vehicles.gc.ca. Not all vehicles are available at all locations.
