CAA Membership Covers "You"
Emergency Road Service is provided when you present your valid membership card. (Other identification such as driver's license may be required).
A spouse or dependant living in your household is eligible for an Associate membership at a reduced price.
Your membership, and your eligibility for Emergency Road Service, is personal and not transferable. ( i.e. you can’t lend someone your membership card).
Eligible Vehicles
- Service will be provided to valid licensed, four-wheeled, motor-driven vehicles of the passenger, pleasure or recreational type (cars, pickups, vans, campers and motor homes), if that service can be safely performed.
- Motorcycles are eligible for service under the Plus membership.
- Unloaded dual-wheeled pickup trucks are:
- eligible for all services under the Plus RV membership.
- eligible for all services under the Basic membership except tire service.
- Rented passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles are eligible for service. (excludes taxis and limousines)
- If your vehicle becomes disabled while towing a light-duty trailer, service will be provided for the trailer (excludes fifth-wheel trailers). You may be required to pay for trailer towing.
- Dual-wheel campers/motor homes are:
- eligible for all services under the Plus RV membership.
- eligible for all services under the Basic membership except
- towing, extrication
- winching
- tire service
CAA Plus RV Members are eligible to receive all Emergency Road Services including the exceptions listed above (other than taxis and limousines).
